Every sandwich lover in Seattle knows Tat’s Deli and its famous East Coast-style sandwiches. Music enthusiasts know and love The Crocodile and its long, rich history with the local arts and music community. With The Crocodile’s new and improved larger location, the two are a match made in something just like heaven with Tat’s founder Brian Tatman and Croc Kitchen Manager Drew Plinke leading the charge. Shaina Foley, GM of The Crocodile had this to say about the upcoming collaboration, “The Crocodile is thrilled to join forces with Tat's Deli to bring their legendary sandwiches to Belltown. Tat's makes my favorite sandwich in Seattle. I've often wished I could get my hands on an Italian Roast Pork or a Chicken Cheesesteak (with mushrooms and hot peppers) after deli hours. Now we all can! What could be better than seeing a live show, having a few delicious cocktails, and eating Tat's late-night? Not much in my book.”

Tat’s co-founder Brian Tatman had this to say about the upcoming pairing, "We're asked quite often to serve food after lunchtime. We've tried it and due to the lack of residents in Pioneer Square, we're better set up to serve food during business lunch hours and for sporting events. Setting up The Crocodile to serve dinner was a perfect match! Belltown has over 3 times the residents who can stop by anytime for dinner (even without a ticket for a show), and with the ability to use delivery apps, they can service the surrounding residential areas after we're closed for the day. We're really excited about this collaboration with the incredible folks at The Croc!".

Tat’s Deli will be providing all the ingredients for Plinke and his team to turn into sandwich bliss to be served before during happy hour, at showtime, and after hours for take away by those hungry folks wandering Belltown in search of food. The menu will feature classics such as the Tat’strami, Philly Cheesesteak, Italian Roast Pork, and the Eggplant Parm and Roast Veggie Hoagie for those seeking something plant-based. The full menu can be found on the Here-After website at this link.

Tat’s Deli Sandwiches will be served in the nostalgic lobby lounge of the Here-After comedy club, theater, and events space from 5 pm until midnight, 7 days a week; or can be ordered to-go online for easy pickup. In addition, plans to include extended service on select Fridays and Saturdays until 2 am and a back-alley ‘Sandwich Speakeasy’ and walk-up window.
